Barwon Hotel

The Barwon Hotel was established as one of the first buildings in town along with the general store and first licensed in 1842 as the Barwon Inn; it is the oldest hotel in Victoria.

Set on 2 and a half acres overlooking the old bluestone bridge and the Barwon River with open fires and a courtyard it's the perfect spot in any kind of weather. Parts of the original bluestone building can still be seen, although some have been covered up over the years with the view to modernize.

The hotel offers lunch and dinner seven days a week all served with good old fashioned hospitality.
