Established in 1856 as the Shamrock Inn.
Pretty much completely rebuilt and re-opened in 1888 as Centennial House (in, fact it was on the 11th of September 1888 according to the local paper) and was operated for several years as a temperance guest house (until 1994 I think) before being renamed as the Grand Central Hotel and run as a pub again.
Closed mid 2002.
