"Harts Terraces 10 - 14 Essex Street.
Hart's is three, two storey stuccoed brick terraced houses erected circa 1905. They are designed in a restrained Federation Arts and Crafts style. After being unoccupied for several years, they were used as the site office for construction of the ANA Hotel Sydney then restored for use as a single building."
